The Transport Management System (TMS) was designed to optimize end-to-end transportation operations — from trip planning and vehicle allocation to real-time tracking and billing reconciliation.
The platform supports users aged 20+ to 60+, including transport coordinators, fleet managers, warehouse teams, finance teams, and drivers.

To ensure usability across diverse age groups, the interface was designed with clear workflows, minimal cognitive load, and accessible UI patterns.
Through stakeholder interviews, workflow mapping sessions, and operational analysis, the system was redesigned to improve efficiency, visibility, and cross-team coordination.
