Delivery Management System (DMS)
The Delivery Management System (DMS) was designed to streamline end-to-end delivery operations, improve real-time visibility, and reduce manual coordination between teams.
The Delivery Management System (DMS) was redesigned to improve operational efficiency, real-time delivery visibility, and coordination between warehouse teams, delivery executives, and operations managers.
The platform served a diverse user base aged 20 to 60+, requiring a highly intuitive interface with minimal learning curve.
Through stakeholder interviews, workflow mapping sessions, and operational analysis, I identified key friction points in delivery tracking, task allocation, and communication flow.
The redesign focused on simplifying complex logistics workflows into a structured, dashboard-driven system that improved clarity, usability, and scalability.
